By creating an account or using Autonomad (operated by Feel Good Hotels LLC, a Texas limited liability company), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Autonomad is an AI travel agent platform. We help you research, book, and manage flights, hotels, dining reservations, ground transportation, and activities through licensed and authorized travel suppliers. Bookings are made on your behalf with the supplier's terms applying to each individual booking.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Autonomad. By using the platform you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Autonomad is a subscription service billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Travel bookings are made with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, restaurants, transport providers). Autonomad's liability with respect to any individual booking is limited to the booking amount and does not extend to consequential damages arising from supplier disruptions (such as flight delays, cancellations, or hotel overbooking by the supplier).
Autonomad operates a transactional SMS program called Autonomad Trip Notifications. It is used to send subscribers updates about their own bookings.

Autonomad's AI travel agent makes recommendations and can execute certain booking changes on your behalf subject to per-plan spend ceilings. Actions taken autonomously are logged and visible in your dashboard's Agent Timeline. Actions exceeding your plan's ceiling are surfaced for your explicit approval before execution.
Autonomad may permit bookings initiated by an autonomous software agent acting on behalf of a person or entity that has authorized it (the "Principal"). This Section applies whenever an agent uses Autonomad to transact on a Principal's behalf, and only where Autonomad has enabled these features for the relevant account.
Agents are tools that act for a human or entity Principal. Nothing in these terms grants an agent independent legal rights or relieves the Principal of responsibility for its actions.
You agree not to:
The platform includes social features (such as Destination Lounges) where you may post messages, photos, a display name, and other material ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content and grant Autonomad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit it for the limited purpose of operating and providing the service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to post it and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Autonomad respects the intellectual property of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent including: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to locate it; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the DMCA, including by removing or disabling access to the material, and we will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same agent.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Autonomad does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that any AI recommendation will be correct or optimal for your circumstances.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support.
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights, including your right to bring a lawsuit in court.
Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at disrupt@autonomad.ai and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except as provided below. The arbitration will be held in Dallas County, Texas, or, at your election, in your home county.
Class-action and jury-trial waiver. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. You and Autonomad waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property or address unauthorized access to the platform.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing disrupt@autonomad.ai with your name, account email, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 13, it shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas.
