Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Autonomad (operated by Feel Good Hotels LLC, a Texas limited liability company), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Service

Autonomad is an AI travel agent platform. We help you research, book, and manage flights, hotels, dining reservations, ground transportation, and activities through licensed and authorized travel suppliers. Bookings are made on your behalf with the supplier's terms applying to each individual booking.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Autonomad. By using the platform you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Subscription & Billing

Autonomad is a subscription service billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Payment is processed by Stripe.

5. Bookings & Liability

Travel bookings are made with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, restaurants, transport providers). Autonomad's liability with respect to any individual booking is limited to the booking amount and does not extend to consequential damages arising from supplier disruptions (such as flight delays, cancellations, or hotel overbooking by the supplier).

6. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Autonomad operates a transactional SMS program called Autonomad Trip Notifications. It is used to send subscribers updates about their own bookings.

Program name: Autonomad Trip Notifications
Description: Transactional one-way notifications sent to active paid subscribers about their own travel bookings on Autonomad. The program does not send marketing or promotional content.
Message types: Flight delay alerts, booking confirmations, itinerary changes, trip concierge updates.
Message frequency: Recurring, event-driven. Typical subscribers receive 0–10 messages per active trip. Non-travel periods receive no messages.
Message and data rates may apply per your carrier's plan. Autonomad does not charge for messages.
Opt-in: Opt-in is captured during account creation at https://www.autonomad.ai when you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box labeled "I agree to receive text messages from Autonomad about my trip bookings, flight delays, and travel concierge updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." No SMS is sent before consent is captured.
Opt-out: Text STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END to any Autonomad message at any time to stop all further SMS. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages thereafter.

Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No resale: Phone numbers submitted for SMS are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share mobile-originated opt-in data with third parties.

7. AI Travel Agent Services

Autonomad's AI travel agent makes recommendations and can execute certain booking changes on your behalf subject to per-plan spend ceilings. Actions taken autonomously are logged and visible in your dashboard's Agent Timeline. Actions exceeding your plan's ceiling are surfaced for your explicit approval before execution.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
Attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or security controls
Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service
Submit another person's information without their consent
Use the SMS program to send bulk, marketing, or third-party content

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Autonomad does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that any AI recommendation will be correct or optimal for your circumstances.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas.
